To be honest I went for these to add something different to my breakfast meal where in the past I have been using a herby mix and chillie flakes. The Thai Stir fry mix adds something special to my steamed in the pan vegetable breakfast (sweet peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, leftover salad, leftover vegetables) and gets the day off to a good start. Evocative flavour and aroma. I will obviously use them for stir fry evening meals as well.
