Product: Organic Cacao Powder
Latin Name: Theobroma Cacao
Plant Family: Mallows

Other Names: Amelonado, Criollo, Nacional, Contamana and Curaray.

Description: These small pieces of crushed cacao beans are a must-have in any working kitchen thanks to their morish bitter, chocolatey flavour. Though small in size it’s believed that Cacao Nibs are loaded with nutrients which is why they’re often used as a healthy alternative to chocolate chips (and they’re low in sugar!) These powerful nibs are ideal for baking and beverages and are more than suitable for culinary use too…. There’s a reason Cacao is known as “food of the gods”!

Shelf Life

Shelf life of two years provided that goods are stored in an airtight container in ambient conditions.
