Shelf life of two years provided that goods are stored in an airtight container in ambient conditions.

I had been looking for quality lemon and orange peel for a while and had been unhappy with several I had tried (overwhelmingly bitter, including too much pith) from other suppliers. I ordered this orange peel in a small quantity to try it, and am very happy with it. It adds an orange essence to tea and cakes, without overwhelming them, and there is very little bitterness (except what is naturally occurring in citrus peel, which helps to offset the sweetness of baked goods). Very pleased, and my muffins thank you.
