Shelf life of two years provided that goods are stored in an airtight container in ambient conditions.

After buying small expensive bottles of chillie flakes from the supermarkets I went for these crushed chillies instead which are better value for money. Excellent quality and I add these to various meals to give them a bit of a kick.
