Description: Did you know cinnamon is made by cutting the stems of cinnamon trees? The inner bark is then extracted, and the woody parts removed. When it dries, it forms strips that curl into rolls and there you have it… Sweet and woody Cinnamon Sticks! (Or quills if you’re feeling fancy).

Shelf life of two years provided that goods are stored in an airtight container in ambient conditions.

Real cinnamon for good value for money. Packaging is resealable and does keep the quills isolated so they do not lose the flavour. After grinding two of them my whole kitchen smelled like cinnamon. Would recommend to everyone. Each quill is very light so even 100g is quite a lot especially to me that adds one teaspoon daily to coffee
