Latin Name: Anethum graveolens syn. Peucedanum graveolens.
Plant Family: Apiaceae

Other Names: Garden Dill, Dilly, Lao Coriander, Dil, Eneldo, Aneth, Aneto, Gurkenkraut, Surva, Soyah, Shibit, Phak Si and Pak Chi Lao.

Description: These wide, flat, tear-shaped seeds with light brown borders and dark, oak-like centres taste similar to dill but with a slightly bitter edge to them. Perfect for those looking for an aniseed like crunch!

Haven't used yet but seems to be good quality. I cannot buy dill seed anywhere else & love it with leeks, in soup & in grated carrot salad.
