Latin Name: Cymbopogon citratus syn. Andropogon schoenanthus
Plant Family: Poaceae

Shelf life of two years provided that goods are stored in an airtight container in ambient conditions.

The lemon grass is rather more coarse than I had hoped and so needs boiling to make as a herb tea. I have previously had some which made a beautiful herb tea. This does not have the lightness and taste that recall.
